City of Hope
| An agreement was then made between GRANTS WISHES and the Oncology Staff at City of Hope in March of 2013 to identify a few Pediatric Oncology patients being treated that meet the following criteria for the GRANTS WISHES PROGRAM: |
1. The pediatric patient must be referred to GRANTS WISHES by a member of the oncology team. 2. The referred pediatric patient must have recurring or long term cancer. 3. The pediatric patient must have already received a wish from another organization or not qualify for one from any other wish organization.

| The Oncology team at City of Hope expects to request ten (10) wishes for qualified children this year. as we begin our partnership of granting 2nd wishes to kids who relapse with cancer. |
