Get involved! Volunteer your time! Lend us your expertise!
GRANTS WISHES is always looking for volunteers. Become a Wish Grantor, Shopper, Event Planner, Fundraiser, Administrator, or assist with Accounting and Legal. We have many areas to suit your interests and availability.
Host Your Own Fundraiser - Get your employees or peers involved with unique opportunities like “GREEN FOR JEANS,” "CASH FOR CASUAL DRESS DAYS” or a recycling program to benefit GRANTS WISHES within your company or organization.
Host Your Own Event - Your company or organization can create an event to benefit GRANTS WISHES. It can be as simple as a car wash or recycling drive, or as involved as a golf tournament or corporate event.
United Way - If your company participates in a workplace giving campaign, please select GRANTS WISHES as your donor option. Your local United Way will then forward your gift directly to GRANTS WISHES.
Matching Funds – Please submit your matching funds form with your donation. We have received matching funds from Prudential Insurance, UBS and AIG, to name a few.
Honor Donations - Make a donation in honor of your family member, friend, employee or business associate. We will send a card reflecting your donation in their honor.
Gift Card Donations – Donate gift cards from your favorite restaurant, iTunes, Best Buy, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and more! Gift cards help us purchase items specific to the child’s need and/or wish.
Gifts in Kind - We are often looking for specific items for our Wish Kids. A few examples you or your company may be interested in donating include: laptops for school work and entertainment, cameras, new releases in DVD’s for kids between the ages of 1-21, and iPods.
Silent & Live Auction Items - If your company provides goods and services please consider donating auction items.
Donate Your Car - Cars for Causes will make contributions to GRANTS WISHES at the request of the individual who donated their vehicle.
Toy / Teen Collection Drive - Start a treasure box toy collection, teen collection drive, toy drive, book drive, or infant toy drive at your local school, church, girl scout troop, boy scout pack, clubs and/or businesses to benefit the hospitals in your area! Items that are always needed include: wrapped Happy Meal toys, hats, magazines, $5.00 gift cards, lip gloss, jewelry, crayons, markers, books, and playdough.
